Russell Aivazian - Nominee for Career Catalyst Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Russell is the Director of Early Career Recruiting (Americas) at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). In their role at JLL, Russell leads a team of 3 recruiters who recruit 500+ summer interns across the firm in the US. On top of this, Russell and his team serve as consultants to the business on Gen Z trends and University Recruiting, DEI, and Early Talent Partnerships. Prior to his role at JLL, Russell worked at CVS Health as a University Relations Manager and in Higher Education for 8+ years. Russell is passionate about using data to inform strategic early talent initiatives in his work.

Career Highlight

"In a time of economic uncertainty and budget tightening, I have been working closely with my team and our TA operations team to develop new strategies for telling the story of our Early Career program. One of the biggest wins this year was developing a new way to code and report on our intern candidate funnel in order to provide real-time updates to the business on our hiring and DEI metrics. This has allowed us to be more targeted in our outreach on certain roles and show the business where they can seek to improve in future cycles to attract DEI candidates."
