Prior to joining Owens Corning, Rochelle worked as an HR Representative supporting Centralized Maintenance Services at Eastman. With 12 years of experience in higher education, she has supported student-athletes at Norfolk State University, Old Dominion University, and the University of South Carolina. Rochelle’s genuine passion lies in connecting with students and offering advice on available opportunities. She is truly committed to student development.
