Rita Murray leads the university recruitment team at Grainger. In this role, she is responsible for leading Grainger's university talent attraction strategy across the United States. Prior to joining Grainger, Rita held university recruitment roles at organizations spanning a number of industries. Rita is passionate about creating best-in-class early career talent programs, and helping students launch their careers.
Career Highlight
When COVID-19 changed the way that all of us work, Rita and her team quickly pivoted to design and execute Grainger's first ever fully virtual summer internship program. From supporting intern managers during a rapid transition, to ensuring that interns had the tools and resources to gain valuable knowledge and experience Grainger's culture at home, Rita led her team through an unprecedented year while still pulling off a successful summer program.
