Ricardo Valentin - Nominee for Career Catalyst Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Ricardo is a passionate DEI Champion and Early Careers Leader. Currently, as a Global TA Program Manager at SharkNinja, Ricardo is responsible for bringing in the next cohort of future leaders across Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, and other essential functions at SharkNinja. Prior to their role at SharkNinja, Ricardo was a Sr. Assistant Director at Lesley University. What Ricardo enjoys most about being in the Early Careers space is having a direct impact on so many high-achieving individuals and providing them a platform at SharkNinja to contribute to the powerful mission of positively impacting people’s lives every day, in every home around the world.

Career Highlight

"Over the course of this recruitment season, we have continued to expand our reach throughout the U.S., U.K., Mexico, and Canada, totaling over 45+ universities represented in our Early Talent Programs. Furthermore, in the U.S. we have continued to strengthen our partnerships with several student organizations across multiple campuses, which has directly contributed to a more than 10% growth in our BIPOC communities. Lastly, we have continued our annual partnership with the Saltire Foundation to host two Product Design Interns from Scotland here in our Needham, MA office, and with a local high school in the Boston metro area to provide experiential learning opportunities for these students."
