Remy Crespo has led the Early in Career Recruiting team at T-Mobile since 2022, during which she has optimized the campus recruiting process by creating standard work practices. A champion for positive change, Remy educates enterprise leaders on Gen Z trends, and advocates for hires from diverse backgrounds. Prior to T-Mobile, Remy worked in University Recruiting & Operations Management at two nationally recognized companies. Remy’s passion for recruiting emerging talent comes from having been a campus hire herself; she often attributes her success to the leadership & development she received in the program she was first hired into out of college.

Career Highlight

"Having a background in lean processes & operation management, I’m continually looking for ways to implement standard work. These processes have empowered my team to consistently provide the best possible candidate experience. In 2023, I began leveraging automation technology to trigger internal stakeholder communications via status changes in our recruiting tracker. This process reduced the overall number of manual emails sent by 40%! Host Managers have also expressed gratitude for the automated reminders of outstanding tasks. The time saved has allowed recruiters to dedicate more time towards candidate engagement, special projects, and cross functional work on other teams."
