Multi-Faceted and Thoughtful Approach to University Recruitment

The TA Advisors for Early Careers at Reckitt partner closely with 10 core schools across the nation, typically piloting new partnerships yearly, and engaging with over 300 other top USA schools virtually. The team attends on campus events, hosting informational sessions, participating in class with brand-specific case studies, engaging with clubs on campus through different events and roundtable discussions, and virtually engaging across digital platforms. Reckitt’s recruitment process is a hybrid approach which includes an Online Assessment with Behavioral, Cognitive, and Situational-based questions and scenarios, plus a Recorded Video Interview, and full-day Assessment Interview Day with individual and group case studies, and panel interviews with leadership. This ensures a quick and fulfilling process for candidates. The TA Advisors are accessible via email to all candidates as well, to assist and support throughout the process if needed as well. After students attend Assessment Days, current Future Leaders, who are typically returning interns, also engage in virtual coffee chats and lunch sessions to share more insight with candidates about the programs. Reckitt's Early Careers team ensures students are supported from the time the application is received all the way through the start of the program.

This diversity is a source of strength: it enriches Reckitt's thoughts and represents the communities they serve. Together, Reckitt fights to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right, not a privilege. Impactful Internship Program

Reckitt’s Early Careers TA team brings a caring and thoughtful approach to each Career Fair, Assessment Day, Orientation, and Program. The Early Career Programs begin with a rigorous, multi-day onboarding that introduces all areas of the company and emphasizes learning through application. Introduction to Diversity initiatives, Wellness support, Professional skills, Functional trainings, and Leadership styles are strategically scattered throughout the first few months of each program. For those in the full-time accelerated development rotational program, additional access to leadership, alumni events, mentorship by more experienced Program members, career choice support, and regular one on one time with the TA Advisors and Talent Development teams to ensure every member of the program has the tools at their fingertips to succeed. Reckitt’s core values include Ownership and Entrepreneurship, and that’s exactly what interns are encouraged to embody during their ten weeks. Each intern is given an individual project which outlines a current business proposition or problem and is encouraged to seek innovative approaches to deliver a real-world solution. Supported with development plans and functional learnings, they are empowered to apply their studies and bring suggestions with senior leadership during a final presentation at the end of the program. Throughout their internship, additional opportunities to network through alumni events, coffee chats, Q&A’s and All-Program Professional and Leadership skill sessions, provide a rich experience both professionally and personally.
