Demonstrated Investment in Early Career Hiring

Reckitt’s commitment to entry-level talent is the backbone of the company. Reckitt invests in over 100 interns and co-ops who take part in 10-week summer internships and 6-month co-op positions available yearly. The summer program expands across more than 4 different locations across the US, with over 25 different and unique global functions. Along with manager support, all interns receive fundamental training led by the Early Careers Learning & Development manager, who facilitates in-house trainings and events. Mentorship is also provided, as is support from all ERGs. The internship programs directly support Reckitt’s Success Through Experience Programs (STEP), which are 3-year rotational programs promoting Leadership Development within Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply. These functions are the backbone of Reckitt leadership, which is why investment from the Early Careers team and business directors is crucial to the success of the company. Reckitt was awarded in 2021 and 2022 with a spot on Wayup’s “Top 100 Internship Programs in the USA” list.
