Rebecca Wang - Nominee for Career Catalyst Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Rebecca is the Early Careers, Programs & Engagement Partner at JLL. In her role at JLL she is responsible for the overall early careers programs strategy, execution, and engagement. Together with her appointment as the Americas Chair for the Parents & Caregivers Experience business resource group and JLL’s only certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, she is passionate about educating intern managers, mentors, and emerging talent around mental health awareness and advocacy. She has certified over 300+ business leaders, managers, and interns across the business and has served as a guest speaker on multiple mental health panels.

Earlier this year, we leveraged the strength and collaboration of our global team and launched our inaugural Global Emerging Talent Conference. This remarkable 3-day virtual event united 11 countries, featured 30 influential speakers, and included 11 dynamic live sessions. Topics ranged from industry trends to cross-cultural inclusion and recruiting strategies. We were thrilled to welcome 400 attendees and generate over 1000 valuable recruiting leads.
