Rebecca Kaze
University Relations Manager

Rebecca Kaze is the University Relations Manager at Bohler, a private land development consulting firm with over 800 EMPLOYEES across 29 offices. In her current role, Rebecca oversees the development and execution of Bohler’s campus recruitment strategy and internship program. She helps empower the next generation of ambitious talent to accomplish their career goals. This year, Rebecca and her team filled over 130 entry-level positions and internships, a 40+% increase since she joined the firm after graduating college in 2019. Rebecca is passionate about creating an inclusive, empowering experience for Bohler’s interns and entry-level talent in hopes of leading them into a long-term career at the firm.

Career Highlight

Bohler’s internship program plays an irreplaceable role in creating opportunities for the next generation of talent for the firm. In 2020, instead of cancelling the program due to the pandemic, Rebecca and her team pivoted to design and execute a virtual, learning-based internship. Interns received education about the land development process, interacted with top leaders, and established community across the footprint.

In 2021, interns returned to the office for a more traditional, hands-on experience. Rebecca saw this as an opportunity to incorporate components of the virtual interns’ experience into the regular program. As a result, 92% of interns who received return offers accepted them, generating a significant source of full-time talent heading into the 2021-2022 school year.
