Reale Snorton Senior Talent Associate, Venture For America
Reale Snorton is the Senior Talent Associate at Venture For America. In this role, she is responsible for hosting events and workshops to help recruit recent graduates to the fellowship. Prior to this role, she served as the Manager of Matriculation for Teach For America Memphis where she was responsible for the onboarding and licensing of new teachers in the Memphis region. Reale enjoys campus recruitment as it allows her to help others nurture their dreams and make them a reality.
Career Highlight
Reale was able to recruit one of Venture For America's most diverse classes by utilizing many mediums of communication including hosting over 15 webinars and 100 individual calls to help applicants in and through the application process.
