Career Highlight

"This year, I have continued building upon our sophomore HBCU Scholars program. This program provides a 9-week internship, a housing stipend, and a scholarship — all of which can be renewed for a second year if the student receives a return offer. The program seeks to provide exposure to the finance industry, improve diverse representation at the firm, build a relationship with students, and lower the disproportionate amount of student loan debt that students of color often take on."
