Randi is the University Relations Manager at DISH Network. In their role at DISH, Randi is responsible for managing the internship program and the always-on early career hiring. She and her team are partnering with universities across the country to bring in top talent to the organization. Prior to their role at DISH, Randi worked in the Talent Acquisition space for over 10 years and helped start up a University Relations program at Sierra Nevada Corporation. Randi is passionate about connecting students with their dream jobs.

"Because we are an onsite company, I have diversified our recruitment events strategy to include hosting students in the office. Now, our onsite events are personalized to include a targeted guest speaker, a tour of the building, and opportunities for networking. Most recently, we hosted a group of 20 cybersecurity students for an intimate gathering with our Chief Information Security Officer. This strategy has increased our engagement with both the students and the schools we partner with, helped to rebrand our image, and most importantly, gave students the in-person experience of what working at our company is really like."
