Rachel is a Recruiter on the Next-Gen Talent team at Electronic Arts (EA). In her role at EA, Rachel is responsible for finding and placing the next generation of talent into the career of their dreams. Prior to her role at EA, Rachel was a Recruiter at a non-profit organization where she also served as the Director of the internship program. Rachel is passionate about creating a candidate experience that is personal as well as efficient while sourcing diverse and incredible talent.
