Rachel Graham - Nominee for Rising Star Award

Rachel Graham is a University Recruiter at Lenovo. In their role, she oversees most of the intern recruiting, assists with full-time early career hiring, as well as working on global initiatives, and focusing on diversity hiring. Prior to their role at Lenovo, Rachel worked as an HR Recruiting intern at New Hanover Regional Medical Center where she ran their internship recruiting and internship program. Rachel has a passion for students and those early in their career, and looks forward to expanding Lenovo's opportunities!

Career Highlight

Rachel led information sessions, ran the 2020 virtual internship program, as well as increasing her social media presence when COVID-19 hit. She has been awarded the Customer Experience Award for the past two quarters for the relationship and experience she provides to candidates and hiring managers. She has also been awarded two Diversity and Inclusion Impact Awards for her commitment to providing opportunities for all. She has created a Neurodiverse Internship program, that starts this summer as well!
