Rachael Flores - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Rachael leads efforts supporting university relations and diversity recruitment strategies as part of the global talent acquisition team at PVH Corp., the parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. As a director, she oversees initiatives and programs designed to target, attract, and hire diverse talent to PVH’s Early Talent Program, while managing inclusion & diversity partnerships for early careers and experienced hiring. Rachael has worked in talent acquisition her entire career within various industries including consumer-packed goods, financial services, and HR. She has held different positions within areas of campus & diversity, TA strategy & operations, and employer branding, but her favorite is early careers.

Career Highlight

"I am extremely proud of the work my small team has been able to accomplish these past 1-2 years. We average about 50-60 events per year, on campus, onsite and virtual; hire 50-65 students into our Early Talent Program; and organize one amazing program experience over the summer. We’ve focused on high quality and diversity in our class, and since 2021 have averaged around 50% BIPOC diversity. The team has seamlessly shifted from a fully virtual to an in-person program experience, with 100% of our 2022 class being satisfied with the summer program and sessions offered. University recruiting truly is a team effort and for all these reasons, I am grateful for the team that I have under me and the broader team members that support us."
