"I am extremely proud of the work my small team has been able to accomplish these past 1-2 years. We average about 50-60 events per year, on campus, onsite and virtual; hire 50-65 students into our Early Talent Program; and organize one amazing program experience over the summer. We’ve focused on high quality and diversity in our class, and since 2021 have averaged around 50% BIPOC diversity. The team has seamlessly shifted from a fully virtual to an in-person program experience, with 100% of our 2022 class being satisfied with the summer program and sessions offered. University recruiting truly is a team effort and for all these reasons, I am grateful for the team that I have under me and the broader team members that support us."
