As a global tech leader, Qualcomm interns gain real-world experiences and technical skills, while being support by the willing community of Qualcomm experts, team members, and fellow interns. This focus on community is also demonstrated in the 35+ in person and hybrid professional and social events for interns, averaging 130+ intern attendees for each event, with even more virtually. The intention put into this well-round internship ensures that interns leave Qualcomm with industry level technical skills, a better understanding of culture, and ultimately, a desire to return, demonstrated in Qualcomm's high retention rate.
