Innovative and Multi-Faceted Approach to University Recruitment
The PSEG University Relations approach needs to be as adaptable as the students it recruits, and PSEG takes a continuous improvement approach to its strategies. It conducts annual focus groups directly with the students that come to work with the company to make sure it is reaching and supporting students in a relevant way.
Overarching Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
The PSEG University Relations model is designed with diversity in mind. PSEG holds partnerships with HBCUs, HSIs, and universities with high populations of students of color, as well as works closely with student-run organizations.
Impactful Internship Program
PSEG’s internship program is dedicated to providing impactful work experiences that will prepare students for full-time opportunities. Interns are encouraged to get involved with community projects, local inclusion events, and get truly immersed in the company culture. That's why PSEG's intern conversion acceptance rates are at 90%.
Growth and Development of the Next Generation of Talent
