Innovative and Multi-Faceted Approach to University Recruitment
PlanSource understands the value that early career professionals bring to the growth and continuity of the organization, and has created the HPEL Program (High Potential Entry Level) as the center of the future of the organization. By investing in strategic recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and InternXL, and forming strategic partnerships with professional programs at schools like UCF, the PlanSource Talent Acquisition team gains valuable insight into top performing early talent.
Overarching Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
PlanSource has a nationwide and global physical presence that allows the company to attract and retain a diverse population of talent from a variety of origins. To promote inclusivity, PlanSource provides internal support through ERGs, such as its “Pride” group supporting the LGBTQ population, “Women in Tech”, POC, Parents, HPELs, and much more. In addition, PlanSource has founded the “PlanSource Cares” Initiative where said groups are able to come together, give back to the community, and encourage acts of kindness and solidarity. Growth and Development of the Next Generation of Talent
PlanSource firmly believes that the development of early talent will produce its next generation leaders. Individuals who are a part of PlanSource’s HPEL program participate in a specialized onboarding and training progression that is tailored to early career professionals and their role within the organization. The organization also provides access to an Early Talent Employee Resource Group, individual development plans in partnership with HPEL leaders, and leadership enablement sessions on how to engage, develop, and retain HPEL talent. With executive leadership support and attention, this program and its participants are carefully monitored to ensure the success and retention of the next generation of PlanSource.
