Phillip is based out of New York City and loves engaging with folks from all walks of life as they look to level up their careers. "Candidate experience is essential to Gen Z candidates (The most Tech Savvy Generation in history), and I've incorporated technology (like RippleMatch) into my processes to improve our response time, better target and engage Early Career Talent in a meaningful way, and get back to our applicants faster. Technology has also played a major role in our ability to put on strong virtual events – we've been able to reach hundreds of candidates across the country, while also having a seamless way to follow up post-event. Finally, leveraging technology has allowed us to virtually reach candidates we can't visit in person, improving representation across the board."
