In their role at Roblox, Peggy is responsible for leading the University Recruiting team and creating the strategy for new grad and intern hiring. Prior to their role at Roblox, Peggy had created and scaled University Recruiting programs at companies such as Twilio, Wealthfront and Grand Rounds. Peggy is passionate about building inclusive and diverse early in career programs that provide students with a great start to their career.

Peggy spearheaded the strategy behind the diversity and inclusive efforts which was built out with a team. From sourcing to strategic campus and organization partnership to developing a thoughtful and inclusive interview process and programs to support new grads and interns which resulted in an almost even gender class and increase in under-represented minority hiring by more than 3x the previous year. Peggy is proud to lead at a company that prioritizes the recruitment and retention of diverse and underrepresented talent.
