The team has utilized the young alumni at Paylocity to speak on "Ask Me Anything" panels for students, participate in the interview process, and serve as mentors for candidates during the interview process and after they have been hired. The team has conducted skill building workshops, tech presentations through ColorStack, and information sessions to select student organizations. It is important to the team to make the process quick and effective and take into account the student experience including their timelines and goals.
