ACCESS PANEL REPLAY RECORDING BELOW
Join RippleMatch and three Diversity & Inclusion leaders for a virtual panel discussion to provide our campus recruiting community with the knowledge and tools to recruit and retain Black talent specifically. Diversity & Inclusion is being discussed and prioritized more than ever, but how are we, as early career recruiters, making the necessary changes in our organizations to make them more equitable?
Many companies want to attract Black early career candidates, but they haven’t improved their workplace culture, managed biases, and retained Black talent at the higher levels. As a company who wants all students to succeed and feel welcome at work, RippleMatch has organized this panel to be the catalyst for some of these changes.
