Join RippleMatch and several Diversity & Inclusion leaders for a virtual panel discussion and learn what it takes to build a genuine and mutually beneficial recruitment relationship with HBCUs and their students.
Historically Black Colleges and Universities, or HBCUs, are institutions that were established prior to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, many years after the Civil War, to provide Black Americans with an education in the face of discriminatory laws and segregation. Today, these institutions provide a supportive and rigorous education to a predominantly Black student body.
Many companies are interested in adding HBCUs to their list of target schools for university recruitment - but HBCU career centers and students are relationship-driven, and highly sought-after. How can recruitment professionals facilitate genuine relationships with these institutions and connect with strong talent there?
