Impactful Internship Program

Oshkosh Corporation offers interns the opportunity to contribute to the business goals in a real way through project work, professional development, and exposure to leadership. The work they do is displayed at the end of summer intern expo where they have a chance to share their results with leaders and peers across the enterprise. The functional leaders at Oshkosh Corporation are invested in developing the skills its interns need to be successful in full-time roles after graduation. The company offers training in technical areas that interns may not get in school, and interns also have the opportunity to lead other interns through an intern-led EBRG. They influence the professional development, volunteer activities, and the social engagement that their class of interns participates in.
