Nicole Wells - Nominee for Talent Innovator Award - 2022 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Nicole is the College Recruiting Manager for Zions Bancorporation. In her role at Zions Bancorporation, Nicole is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of the company’s college recruiting activity, with events and hiring spanning over 8 states. Prior to her role at Zions, Nicole assisted small to mid-sized San Diego technology companies with their local university partnerships and hiring. The best parts of Nicole’s job are the impact she’s able to make by coaching students throughout the recruiting process, the joy of being able to provide a first internship or career opportunity to a student, and the ability to see all the amazing accomplishments these hires make within the company.

Career Highlight

In 2019 when Nicole was looking for her next career opportunity, she was very excited to hear that Zions prioritized Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and had Business Resource Groups for employees to join. Over the past two-and-a-half years, Nicole has been able to engage these Business Resource Groups in a wide variety of on-campus events and activities. She and the college recruiting team have been so pleased with the amazing levels of support from the employee groups and the wonderful conversations that have emerged within these partnerships with student organizations.
