NOMINEE SPOTLIGHT

For the last three years, Nicole has led the Early Talent Team at Conagra Brands, bringing in summer interns and ensuring all foodies feel welcome. Her goal is to be a partner and advisor to the business as the early talent program continues to grow. Nicole is passionate about Early ID programs and is excited to launch Conagra’s Future Foodies program in Summer 2023. Prior to her experience with Conagra, Nicole worked at other Fortune 500s focused on early talent. Outside of work, Nicole is based in Chicago, a wife, mom to four boys, and a novice chef.

Career Highlight

"My lean team works hard to recruit early talent and create an exciting program experience. But what makes me most proud is the drive to maintain a safe space allowing us to be our authentic selves at work. It is imperative to our team’s success that we take care of each other, and I’m never prouder than when I see them jump into action to make sure their teammates are taking care of themselves above all else when they aren’t feeling their best, no matter if it’s a physical illness or needing a mental health day."
