Nicole started her career as a talent acquisition coordinator in the middle of the recession, and one day, asked if she could help out with the university recruiting program. That one question ended up leading to a career spanning a full decade among multiple Fortune 500 companies.
Currently, she leads Conagra Brands’ early talent team. She has worked in various industries, but her favorite is where she is now: FOOD!
As a life-long learner, Nicole is passionate about helping young adults with their personal and professional development.

Nicole has worked on small-but-mighty teams her entire career. This past recruiting season, Nicole’s team shifted dramatically. It went from tenured to a brand-new team, still in the thick of recruiting students for the summer. Nicole took charge of everything that needed to get done for intern arrival; delegating to her recruiters as much as possible without overwhelming them. As the program came to life and all the interns arrived, she discovered her team rallying to lift her up and encourage self-care. She realized she had built a team who cares about her success just as much as she cares about their successes.
