Nicole Ramirez is the Campus Recruiting Manager at Conagra Brands, one of North America’s leading branded food companies that makes iconic brands like Duncan Hines, Reddi-wip, and Slim Jim. She grew her career in campus recruiting supporting the evolution of early talent career programming. Nicole’s favorite aspects of campus recruiting are getting creatively strategic to hire and develop early talent, helping build a more inclusive culture, and challenging her team, business partners, and hiring managers to embrace change and bring a passion for new ideas to the Conagra Campus Experience.

Career Highlight

Nicole’s passion for campus recruiting and her team’s success drives her every day. She led the company through building out an 11-week virtual program in 2020, and right after, developed a strategy for an unprecedented recruiting season. She expanded Conagra Brands’ reach to early talent across the country, helping her team and business partners forge relationships with Minority Serving Institutions and delivering on Conagra’s commitment to increasing diversity and inclusivity within its workforce.
