Her work encompasses strategically building out internship, rotational, and full-time analyst programs. Prior to her role at RCG, Nicole excelled in both the startup and big tech landscapes in her roles at Wix and Meta where she laid the groundwork for University Recruiting in Miami. Outside of her roles, Nicole is a Talent Leader on Linkedin, passionate about demystifying the recruiting process to a community of over 300k individuals.

"Recruiting is driven by the search for untapped talent, and through strategic sourcing strategies, I’ve improved the efficiency of the hiring process. At Royal Caribbean and Meta, I’ve trained over 50 hiring managers on Linkedin Talent Drives leading to an increased funnel of candidates entering the hiring process. I created a referral strategy at Wix that increased referrals 27% over the year and contributed to 11% of overall hires. Ensuring data is at the heart of the recruitment process, I presented market reports to stakeholders regarding key metrics to improve candidate experience and process length by ~10 days."
