Nicole is the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner for Early Career Recruiting at Royal Caribbean. She has worked in high-volume, leadership, and currently early career recruiting across more than 25 different departments. Her work encompasses strategically building out internship, rotational, and full-time analyst programs. Prior to her role at RCG, Nicole excelled in both the startup and big tech landscapes in her roles at Wix and Meta where she laid the groundwork for University Recruiting in Miami. Outside of her roles, Nicole is a Talent Leader on Linkedin, passionate about demystifying the recruiting process to a community of over 300k individuals.
