Nicole is the National Recruiting and Internship Programs Director at Trinity Property Consultants, one of the nation’s largest owner of multifamily communities, operating 165 communities in 25 states. In her role, she is responsible for leading the recruitment strategy for the organization, as well as overseeing recruitment and management of the company’s Real Estate Management, Student Housing Operations and Future Leadership Internship Programs. Prior to her current role, she held Recruitment positions within the Real Estate, Financial Services & Technology Advisory sectors.
