Their 12-week paid summer internship program, complete with housing stipend and mentorship, allows interns to focus on projects with a bottom-line impact. Interns also get to make an impact on their teams and experience a strong conversion rate to Full Time. New Relic also offers two programs for recent grads—Ignite Product and Ignite Go-To-Market (GTM). Ignite GTM is a two-year development program focused on participants becoming Commercial Account Executives at the conclusion. Ignite Product is a 2-6 month rotational program where Associate Software Engineers find a team that is their perfect match.  The Ignite Product program boasts a 100% retention rate over the last 3 years of hiring.
