NaTasha Spence - 3rd Place Winner of Talent Innovator Award

NaTasha Spence is a Manager of Early Talent Programs at Catalent Pharma Solutions, a global pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organization. In her role, she builds the infrastructure for internship and co-op programs and develops strategic partnerships with universities, technical schools, and student organizations. Her goal is to help students turn their career dreams into reality through hands-on experience, mentorship, and skill development. In previous roles, NaTasha has developed and revitalized numerous leadership development programs as well as built internship and co-op programs from scratch. She thrives in the challenge of helping students self-actualize as they take the first steps toward building their empire.

Career Highlight

Catalent is an industry leader enabling pharma, biotech & consumer health products that improve and save lives. NaTasha was charged with converting Catalent’s Summer Programs into a virtual-first experience at the advent of the pandemic. Her strategy quickly pivoted by reallocating students into virtual teams. NaTasha crafted training sessions for internal stakeholders and added skill development and live workshops for the students. Virtual platform training, networking, mindfulness, meditation and team-building sessions helped to engage the interns and co-ops and help them learn the essentials to survive and thrive!
