Natalie is a Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist at Sonos. In her role at Sonos, Natalie is responsible for supporting programs that attract, engage, and develop talent. More pertinently, Natalie has been tasked with helping to build Sonos' internship program framework, designed to allow Sonos to broaden its pipeline for early career talent company-wide. Prior to her role at Sonos, Natalie was a technical recruiter at a small tech consulting firm. After graduating from the largest public HBCU and having completed fortune 500 internships while there, Natalie developed a passion for university recruiting programs and a deep appreciation for those connecting students to dynamic opportunities.

Career Highlight

With just over two months under her belt at Sonos, Natalie was able to recruit 39 summer interns for this summer's internship program.
