Naneth Allen - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award

Naneth Allen is a Campus Programs Manager at Thomson Reuters. In her role, Naneth is responsible for creating and developing a world-class internship experience for new grad talent at Thomson Reuters. Naneth promoted into this role and took on the challenge of elevating the intern program. As a first-generation college student, Naneth is extremely passionate about creating career and growth opportunities for diverse talent and is obsessed with improving the #TRIntern experience. Before her role at Thomson Reuters, Naneth managed national college recruitment with the #1 alcohol distributor in the U.S., Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.

Career Highlight

Naneth mobilized the entire campus team with 28 different project streams to unify a siloed program into an enterprise experience. This mobilization included a Manager Collaboration Station with resources and training on how to manage interns virtually. Naneth also created an Intern Advisory Group with a customer obsession focus to gather feedback for summer improvements. Interns took part in co-creating content and ideas to improve the intern experience. Intern feedback led to the revamped DE&I-focused campus careers page and Executive Master Class series.
