Career Highlight

"In the current economic climate, navigating the corporate recruitment process can be challenging. To support Gen Z candidates, I tailored interview workshops as part of our campus recruitment events. These sessions, conducted with student organizations and classrooms, focused on key areas: understanding the interview process, common questions for behavioral interviews, how to prepare to stand out in interviews, and effective networking strategies. I also emphasized recognizing transferable skills to expand their job search. By condensing these topics into engaging sessions, I provided valuable guidance for Gen Z candidates to confidently navigate the job market."
