Nadine Halevy - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award - 2022 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Nadine Halevy is Vice President, Director of Talent Acquisition at Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC. She is passionate about building diverse teams and her inclusive recruitment process has increased diversity at Janney. At Janney, she has expanded the corporate internship program into new markets and developed strategies to recruit early career talent into new programs, such as the Financial Advisor Career Track program, a development program for aspiring Financial Advisors. Previously she led talent acquisition at FS Investments, where she developed rotational programs for early talent, and expanded diversity and early talent hiring. Nadine holds a bachelor’s degree with Special Honors in Political Science from The University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Career Highlight

Nadine has spearheaded the roll out of several diversity recruitment initiatives across Janney. As a result of her leadership, diversity representation has increased in all roles, including interns and investment banking analyst classes. Her team has built relationships at local universities with historically diverse student populations and is promoting opportunities at diversity-focused national and regional organizations. She leads a partnership with a program that creates access to educational and workforce opportunities for talented, underserved students, hiring several students. Nadine is proud to provide opportunity, professional access, and sponsorship for underserved students and lead initiatives that prioritize the recruitment and retention of underrepresented talent.
