Morgan Vazquez is the Head of Early Career Talent at Walmart. In her role, Morgan designs and executes strategies to attract, recruit and develop a strong pipeline of future leaders while leading a team of 30 Talent professionals who hire high-potential, early career talent for the enterprise and manage internship programs aligned to business needs. Prior to joining Walmart in August 2020, she was the Global Head of Campus Recruiting & Emerging Talent Programs at BNY Mellon. A steadfast champion of diversity, equity and inclusion, Morgan is committed to making an inclusive workplace a reality for all.

Career Highlight

Throughout her tenure in the Early Careers space, Morgan has managed numerous campus development programs globally at the intern, analyst and associate levels. One of her proudest accomplishments has been single-handedly designing and launching her prior firm’s first-ever MBA internship program in a matter of two months. Morgan was instrumental in executing this program from start-to-finish to ensure ever-changing business demands were met. She valued this opportunity to hire stellar interns from top-tier business schools that resulted in 80% returning in a full-time capacity.
