“Morgan is an exceptional leader dedicated to championing Early Career Talent at Lithko. Her leadership has been instrumental to the Early Career Program’s success and made a positive impact on the company’s culture and success overall.

Morgan started at Lithko in July of 2021. In under 4 years, the Early Career Talent team is hiring more than 2 times the number of Interns and entry-level Project Engineers, though our team has not added more recruiters. Morgan’s leadership played a key role in increasing the intern conversion rate by 50%, and in boosting overall retention of Early Career talent by 153%. 

Morgan’s impact on the organization is possible through her influence and advocacy on behalf of the Early Career Talent team. Her professionalism, vision, and results have earned the trust of Lithko leaders and gained support from top managers. She shares how Gen Z talent is invaluable is to the organization and how investing in their development impacts Lithko’s future success. 

As one of her supervisees, I appreciate Morgan’s personal and caring leadership style. She is friendly, genuine, and fun and has developed a team where everyone feels empowered and appreciated.
