Molly Gregware - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award - 2022 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Molly Gregware leads Early Career Recruiting & Programs for Bill.com. Previously, she led campus teams for PayPal, Walmart and Georgia-Pacific. Molly joined Bill.com in August 2021 to build the strategy and team to support campus hiring and the intern program. In just the first year, the team has hired over 100 interns and new grads across all functions in the organization and is looking forward to welcoming their first intern cohort in Summer 2022! Molly is energized and invigorated by campus recruiting for the impact it allows her to have on students starting their career journeys. She never ceases to be amazed and inspired by what interns and new grads are able to accomplish and how they shape the future of the companies they work for, and is honored to be considered for this award.

Molly takes pride in getting to know her team and their unique talents and interests, and designing their work to leverage those comparative advantages. She had an opportunity to restructure her campus recruiting team from 8 recruiters with similar responsibilities to 2 teams of 4 with distinct roles that allowed each individual to really shine. Recruiters and Program Managers were able to tap into what they were most passionate about and create a greater impact on the team and campus hiring results.
