Molly Dymond - Nominee for Rising Star Award

Molly Dymond is a Senior Campus Recruiter at DICK’S Sporting Goods. In their role, Molly is responsible for attracting, recruiting and retaining diverse, top collegiate talent which creates a pipeline for future DICK’S Sporting Goods leaders. Molly drives diversity recruitment by balancing new strategic partnerships with HBCUs and events. Molly has been with DICK’S for her entire professional career with experience across the enterprise – from the stores to Merchandising and now, HR. Molly is a passionate people advocate who strives to make a difference in peoples’ lives by creating a hiring process that is both inclusive and supportive.

Career Highlight

Molly established the planning for DSG's first-ever HBCU retail roadshow. From what was meant to be an in-person event across multiple HBCUs, Molly spearheaded the programming, with two other retailers, to create a multipart virtual series featuring the career opportunities in retail. From curriculum development to marketing, the series garnered over 310 student registrants, 287 of which were current HBCU students. DSG will be welcoming their first HBCU hires this summer. The series will be an annual recruiting event moving forward.
