Mollie, a native of Birmingham, AL, has always possessed a passion for building relationships and helping those she meets. Mollie currently serves as a University Relations Recruiter for Lumen Technologies where she utilizes her passion for helping others by recruiting and program planning for Lumen's internship program. She has thrived in the role of developing working relationship with hundreds of students to find the perfect first career step. In her current role she works to recruit and onboard interns, but her true passion can be found in the events she plans like her Mentor Monday podcast series or her talent management events during Lumen’s 10 week internship. Her hope is to continue to develop not only herself but the interns in the class through interactive activities specifically targeted at growing their “power skills”. She enjoys creating events that help interns develop personally and professionally while empowering them to achieve career greatness. Mollie hopes to continue to break barriers and spark excitement in those she meets by changing the face of early career recruitment and event planning. Mollie finds pride in her enthusiasm for life, work, and her two dogs.
