MJ is the Global Head of University Programs at Intuitive. In her role at Intuitive, MJ is responsible for leading the University Hiring Program team with a focus on strategic program execution, process enhancement, data integrity, and exceptional candidate experience to drive prioritized strategic business initiatives and streamlined efficiencies. Prior to her role at Intuitive, MJ led the University Programs & Operations team at Apple. With almost 30 years in the university recruiting space, MJ remains passionate about enhancing campus recruitment and diversity strategies and innovating a meaningful and impactful summer internship experience for students.

"Over the course of my 30+-years in the university recruiting space, I’ve been fortunate to lead passionate teams who strive for the best possible – building the best program, hiring the best candidates, fostering the best connections, but mostly bringing the best of themselves to work every single day. Being an exceptional leader doesn’t necessarily say anything about who a leader is, but more of what greatness a leader can extract from their team. Since I’ve led numerous teams across varied companies, I’m reluctant to name a specific proud moment as a leader because there are too many to choose from and they all mean so much to me.
