The company takes a hybrid approach to recruiting, allowing candidates to engage with it either on campus or at a career fair or event, or virtually through a campus event or conversation with a recruiter. Growth and Development of the Next Generation of Talent
Milwaukee Tool offers best-in-class training programs for entry-level employees. The company offers both rotational and non-rotational development program options for recent grads that focus on setting them up for success as they start their career. The programs are 1-2 years long (position dependent), and consist of both on-the-job and classroom training. Trainees are given the opportunity to network with other new hires, get exposure to multiple areas of the business, and interact with leaders in the organization.
