Michelle is a Senior Talent Advisor for Bozzuto. In this role, Michelle is responsible for developing the strategic recruitment process for the early talent community. She partners with business units for talent acquisition planning and works with management and operations to understand current and future workforce needs to identify sourcing and selection of new grads and interns. She coordinates the strategies employed by the organization’s campus ambassadors and leads them for campus events. Michelle thrives on delivering a great candidate journey and attracting new talent by providing compelling career and internship opportunities that attract early talent into her organization, helping them to establish a career foundation.

Career Highlight

Given the changes in the campus recruiting space over the last couple of years, Michelle worked closely with her internal partners to innovate the recruiting model to allow for more virtual interactions with smaller cohorts to build their virtual campus presence. Technical glitches and Zoom Fatigue were definite challenges, but this new model allowed for a robust individualized and inclusive candidate experience. She partnered with various programs centered around DE&I incentives to ensure representation by all were included in early career programs and opportunities. The result was over 40+ recruitment events that attracted 1,000 students and a 2022 intern class of seventy-five.
