Michele Militante - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Michele is a Sr. Director of Early Talent and Global COE for PepsiCo. Her team supports hiring across all business groups that make up $23 billion brands. Her US team hires over 2,000 university graduates a year, provides scholarships to community colleges in partnership with the PepsiCo Foundation, and early talent hiring enablement globally. Prior to this, Michele gained experience across all areas of talent acquisition at PriceWaterhouseCoopers consulting and IBM, while building their professional services and technical workforce. She resides in Raleigh, North Carolina after previously calling Chicago home for most of her career.

Career Highlight

"It was a leap of faith when I decided to join PepsiCo at the start of the pandemic. It was not an ideal time to make a job change and was very challenging at first. In addition, the great resignation was taking place and I lost much of the team that I inherited. We have since rebuilt and I could not be prouder of this team we strategically put together.
