Michael is a lead of University Talent Acquisition at the Abercrombie & Fitch Home Office. He and his team are responsible for a major influx of entry-level talent for the Leadership Development Programs and Internships. Michael is responsible for strategically managing the candidate lifecycle and identifying new efficiencies and opportunities for improvement - putting the candidate experience over everything. Michael entered the organization in 2012 under the LDP umbrella, shifting to Corporate TA in 2015 until his recent jump to University - his own way of giving back to the programs that jump-started his career!

Career Highlight

The Abercrombie & Fitch LDP/Internship recruitment process has for years been a well-oiled machine. Once Spring 2020 hit, Michael took the opportunity to quickly adapt to new technologies, take a decades-old process and seamlessly revamp it digitally, take on a team of 3 direct-reports, and ultimately deliver the company's highest ever recruiting need for the Spring 2020 semester. His ability to push boundaries in this space will have lasting effects on a process that was in need of a refresh. His goal of putting the customer first has created a best-in-class experience for our candidates!
