Innovative Use of Technology
MetLife is continuing to invest in their technology stack by adding more tools. Most recently, MetLife has introduced a new CRM and ATS platform to drive an enhanced candidate experience. Their ability to attract early career talent in advance or demand and nurture that talent will improve dramatically. Talent will have the ability to join talent communities, sign up for job alerts, and events. They will also be able to see their applicant status creating more transparency throughout the hiring process.
Overarching Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
The MetLife team uses multiple channels to source talent ensuring they have the most diverse pool of candidates. MetLife leverages partnerships and recruitment marketing campaigns to reach a wide audience.
Impactful Internship Program
MetLife has a number of technical and non-technical internship programs. Each program has been created to ensure students have a real world experience and are doing the same work as associates who are full time. In addition, MetLife has created a team challenge where interns are asked to solve a problem facing the organization. This gives them the opportunity to present to some of the most senior leaders at MetLife, building their presentation skills as part of their experience.
