Melissa is the Talent Acquisition Early Career & Strategic Relationship Manager at Jackson. She is responsible for early career recruiting and fostering college and community relationships to attract top-tier, well rounded talent. Melissa joined Jackson in 2011 as a Client Service Advocate where she gained a strong foundation of Jackson. She also served in three different leadership roles with the Strategic Support Program, focusing on professional development and full-time readiness of this part-time staff. In the fall of 2022, Melissa assumed her current role and continues to fuel her passion for connecting talent with opportunity and forging strategic relationships.

Career Highlight

"To build confidence and ready Gen Z candidates for full-time careers, my team of Early Career Recruiters and I foster a culture of growth and development, readiness workshop facilitation and career guidance. We present our workshops internally and in local high school and college classrooms, at campus organization meetings, and at community events. Each workshop is an opportunity for us to display the Jackson culture through our actions and help others. We have seen great success in attracting candidates and in their readiness for full time careers."
