"Over the past two years, I've dedicated myself to optimizing recruiting operations and efficiency through a multifaceted approach. One key aspect has been the strategic cultivation of partnerships with over 20 DE&I focused organizations. These collaborations have not only increased our brand recognition but have also served as platforms for educating individuals about the employment opportunities we offer. Recognizing the crucial role of early awareness, I've worked tirelessly to establish our presence in more than 2,000 schools, ensuring that graduating students are aware of the diverse career pathways available. This proactive approach has been further bolstered by my active participation in numerous career fairs, resume reviews, info sessions, interview prep and conferences, totaling over 50 events. Each engagement has been meticulously planned and executed to maximize our reach and impact. The results speak for themselves; our applicant pool has experienced a remarkable surge, growing from 400 to over 1200 applicants monthly. This expansion not only reflects the effectiveness of our outreach efforts but also underscores the importance of diversity and inclusion in our recruitment strategy. Moving forward, I remain committed to driving operational excellence and fostering a talent pipeline that reflects the rich diversity of our society."
